PROBLEME affichage ecran

bonjour,

lorsque je connecte ma station d'accueil où sont branchés mes 2 écrans, rien ne s'affiche, écrans noirs, parfois il clignote mais c'est tout. pourtant ils sont bien détectés dans le système écran.

cela fonctionnait avant la mise à jour du pilote de la carte graphique. j'ai tenté de réinitialiser mais cela ne fonctionne pas

 

processeur : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11300H @ 3.10GHz (3.11 GHz)

carte graphique : intel iris

I have previously explained that based on the thorough investigation that we've conducted it appears that there is an underlying operating system issue with the system.

 

I have recommended to proceed with the following steps:

 

To further address this issue, it would be best for you to create a back-up of your system first.

  1. Download all the necessary drivers from her laptop manufacturer for her specific model in a separate thumb drive
  2. Proceed follow the instructions from Microsoft article: Reset your PC
  3. Make sure to use the option: Keep my files
  4. Once the reset is done, it is required to install the drivers for your laptop and test if the issue persists.

 

Since there hasn't been any recent activity from you, I'm closing this thread. It is highly recommended contacting Microsoft or your laptop OEM for further assistance.
