Gráfica interna: Intel Iris Xe
Versión de Windows: Windows 11 Pro de 64 bits

Desde el 07/07/2025 la pantalla de mi computadora portátil comenzó a parpadear con líneas horizontales que se movían rápidamente. Desinstale el driver y lo volví a instalar y tampoco sirvió, volví a reinstalar el SO y tampoco sirvio, estás parpadeos no se presentan en la BIOS
Me podrían dar alguna solución o respuesta ya que el portátil es nuevo y pues muy raro que ocurra eso, ya que no es físico si no el gráfico integrado

Good thanks for the answer, the problem began from nowhere, the laptop is new and at the beginning it worked correctly, but after 2 hours the horizontal flasks began, to verify that it was not a physical problem, I went to the bios in which the flashes did not occur, when they bought it they told me that I should format it, so I supposed that the problem was the so was a Windows 11 I went to Windows Update, marked several updates that they could not install, the next thing I did was format it when I finished and I was again on the desktop no longer appeared the flasks, but when it had a connection to the Internet and I download the updates returned the flashes, that was where I began to investigate what the problem was and it was not difficult to find it, just looking for flickering in the search engine. Good thanks for the answer, how strange I had already given an answer but here it goes again:
the problem started out of nowhere, the laptop is new and at first it worked correctly, but after 2 hours the horizontal flickers started, to verify that it was not a physical problem, I went to the BIOS in which the flickers did not occur, when I bought it they told me that I had to format it, so I assumed that the problem was the OS was a Windows 11 Pro, and that indeed if I went to Windows update it marked several updates that could not be installed, the next thing I did was format it when I finished and it was back on the desktop the flickers no longer appeared, but when it had an internet connection and downloaded the updates the flickers returned, that's where I started to investigate what the problem was and it was not difficult to find it, just by searching for flickers in the search engine I realized that the problem was with the integrated Intel iris Xe V31.0.101.4032 graphics, so I uninstalled the driver and went to the Asus website to install the one they recommended for the laptop, but it didn't work either. I uninstalled it, went to the Intel website, and downloaded Intel Driver and Support Assistant Installer. It detected that the driver was missing, so I installed it. It didn't work either. So, finally, I decided to stick with the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. It finally worked. The flickering stopped, but I was left without an integrated graphics card.
As for the BIOS update, it updated itself because I was suddenly restarting the laptop and it gave me a message that it was updating. I also assumed that would fix it, but it didn't work either.
