Hello Intel Support Team,
I would like to report a performance issue that I am experiencing with my current PC setup, specifically related to my Intel Arc GPU during live streaming.
Here are my system specifications:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: Intel Arc B580
GPU Driver: Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8425 / 32.0.101.8362 (WHQL Certified)
Streaming Resolution: 1080p
Emulator: PCSX2
Game: God of War (PS2)
The problem occurs when I am live streaming at 1080p while playing God of War using the PCSX2 emulator. During the stream, the game becomes noticeably laggy and unstable. However, if I lower the streaming resolution from 1080p to 720p, the game immediately runs smoothly without any lag.
This issue only appears when streaming at 1080p. When I play the game without streaming, or when streaming at 720p, everything works fine. Based on this behavior, I suspect there may be an optimization, driver, or encoder-related issue with the Intel Arc GPU when handling 1080p live streaming alongside emulation workloads.
I would appreciate it if you could:
Confirm whether this is a known issue with Intel Arc GPUs
Suggest recommended driver versions or settings
Provide any optimization tips for streaming at 1080p using Intel Arc GPUs
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Septian Primansyah

Hi steveee5959,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:
- When did you first encounter the issue?
- Did the issue begin after a driver update, software update, or game update?
- Which streaming platform are you using to livestream the game?
- (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, XSplit, Twitch Studio, etc.)
- Aside from PCSX2, have you tested any other applications or games to check if the issue is isolated to only one app/game?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve the issue?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the old graphics driver before installing the latest Intel Graphics driver?
Additionally, please generate and share the System Support Utility (SSU) logs from your system.
Please refer to this link for the steps: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello Intel Support Team,
Thank you for your response. Please find my answers to your questions below:
I recently built this PC, and this is my first time using the Intel Arc B580 GPU. The issue was encountered from the beginning, as I immediately installed and used the Intel® Graphics Driver version 32.0.101.8425 / 32.0.101.8362 (WHQL Certified). The issue did not occur after any specific driver, software, or game update.
For live streaming, I am using TikTok Live Studio as my streaming platform.
So far, I have not tested other games or applications. At the moment, I have only tested gaming through the PCSX2 emulator, specifically playing God of War (PS2).
The main issue occurs when I set TikTok Live Studio to 1080p resolution at 60 FPS. Under this setting, the game running in PCSX2 becomes laggy and unstable. However, when I lower the streaming resolution to 720p, the game runs smoothly without any performance issues.
Since this is a newly built system, I have not yet performed extensive troubleshooting. I have not used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) because there were no previous graphics drivers installed prior to installing the Intel Arc driver.
Please let me know if you require any additional information. I will also generate and provide the System Support Utility (SSU) logs as requested.
Thank you for your assistance and support.

Hi steveee5959,
Thank you very much for the update and for providing detailed information regarding the issue you encountered.
Since the issue occurs specifically with the PCSX2 emulator, please be advised that this is outside the scope of our support, as the problem may be related to the emulator application itself. For further investigation or assistance, we highly recommend reaching out directly to the PCSX2 Emulator Developers.
As there is no further assistance needed on our end, we will now proceed to close this thread. Please note that Intel will no longer monitor this post. Should you need additional help in the future, kindly create a new thread, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you once again, and have a great day ahead!
Best Regards,
Patrick V.
