Poor Performance with Ryzen 2600

Hi!

Very bad frame pacing on following configuration:

Games: every game I tested had horrible framepacing and sometimes also low fps even with 20 year old games, no matter whether it was high or low settings. Games tested at native resolution. After I switched back to my 1050 TI everything worked again.

Resizeable BAR and above 4G decoding are on.

But what pisses me off the most is a lack of communication from Intel. Why can't anyone make it clear if the problem can be fixed with a driver update or not. I had to return the card because I have to send it back within 14 days to get a refund. Would have kept it if Intel had made a statement that the problem can be fixed with a new driver. Also a clarification would be necessary if the GPU really needs a Zen 2 CPU or newer or if it's enough to have working resizable BAR.
