We have a few workstations with Intel HD 2500 graphics cards,driver version 9.1.17.10.3040 that receive error message R6034.
The application is a third party app running on Esri ArcGIS platform.
According to Esri 's support site it is a known issue with Intel graphics cards but it doesn't state how to resolve the issue. Just to contact the vendor to request a fix..

I understand you are running an application with Intel® HD Graphics 2500 with runtime errors.
I see you are currently running video driver version 3040, this is an old driver probably customized by the motherboard maker. I recommend testing the latest version 3621.
Please filter by operating system and try to install the driver when it finishes downloading, to verify that your system will accept it.
