Problem Intel Arc B580

As you can see in the image, the screen is filled with severe pixelation and graphical artifacts.

This happens even when nothing is open and I am only on the desktop. No games work at all — it is impossible to play anything. The computer also experiences freezes and black screens.

When I disable the graphics card driver, the problem disappears.

I have already formatted the computer, tried both older and newer drivers, tested a different monitor, and even tested it on a TV.

I also tried Windows 10. On Linux, regardless of the distribution, the computer gets stuck on a black screen. I have to disable the graphics driver through GRUB in order to access the desktop.

I have already updated the BIOS to the latest version and also tried downgrading to an older version, but nothing has solved the problem.

It has been almost a month since I have been unable to use my PC properly.

I’m facing a similar issue with severe artifacts and black screens. Tried different drivers and a clean Windows installation, but nothing helped. Since disabling the graphics driver makes the issue disappear, I’m wondering if this could be a GPU hardware problem. Hopefully the PSU replacement gives some clue.

I bought a new power supply and motherboard, but they didn't work. I tried mine in another computer, and it didn't work either. The problem is with the unit itself.
A warranty claim has been filed.

I’m thinking about getting an Intel Arc B580, but I’ve seen a few people mention different problems with it. For those who already have one, how has it been in everyday gaming and general use? Are there any driver issues, crashes, or performance problems that I should know about before making the switch?
