8 but only in Chain of Memories i have the problem of the predominantly black screen and it's not playable. MSI CLAW Intel Core Ultra 7 16GB. I've updated the drivers (at this moment 32.0.101.5971) but it's still the same. i've unlocked the framerate and disabled vertical sync as advised above but it's not useful for me. Any ideas?

Have you tried the 32.0.101.6647 version driver? I was able to play Kingdom Hearts 2 without any issues on this driver. It used to have this issue before.

I re-tested the game using the graphics driver you mentioned but I still get the same problem. I also tried it on KH2 but the issue appears as early as the opening cutscene.

Hello Kaim. The root cause for your issue is currently under investigation (different tests with the drivers are underway) so we know how exactly to tackle it.

Ok, I've been waiting for a solution since August, it's been 5 months and I'm still waiting. I definitely don't understand what your forum is for or if someone is actually trying to help me because you always talk about it being reviewed internally but here I am still waiting. Users who have trusted Intel do not deserve this kind of treatment.

I apologize for the lack of updates, I completely understand your frustration since this is taking a lot longer than anyone would expect.
Priorities pivot from time to time and our driver development teams are focused on the issues impacting the most popular games and applications.
I know this may not be the answer you expect but I want to be as transparent with you as possible. Thank you for staying with us as we try to look into this in the near future. If there is an update I’ll be updating this thread.

Our dev team has shifted resources to address critical issues (such as game crashes and low performance) on the current and most popular titles. I can't give you an estimate at the moment, but taking into account the latest developments in our investigation for this bug, a fix will take more time than expected. I know hearing this is upsetting and disappointing but I do not want to generate any other expectation for you. If this situation changes and a fix becomes available we'll update this thread accordingly . Also please check this article for any change in this situation.

Have you at least been in communication with the Square Enix dev team and confirmed that the bug isn't on their end? That could at least be of help to us so we can know the proper channels to address our concerns.

We are working on this from our side to be completely sure it is up to us to fix it. Approaching the game developer is an option if the solution requires work from them, however this can increase complexity since Intel cannot determine or influence their internal priorities and workloads.

Might just consider this a useless endeavour at this point seeing as how this has been put in the backburner.

Hello Kaim,
I understand that it has been a while since you last heard from us, and I apologize for the wait. I want to assure you that we are actively investigating the issue, and it is currently a work in progress. At this time, we are unable to provide an exact timeline for when a final resolution will be available. However, please rest assured that we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information and a solution.
Thank you for your understanding and patience, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Best regards,
Norman S.
