Problem with 15.60.2.4901

Hello,

There's a problem on graphics update 15.60.2.4901. Counter-strike 1.6 fails to launch. It opens and it closes. Please add this problem to the fixing list!

I've done the SSU report but how to submit it. i pressed the "submit" button then i logged in with my intel account. Is that enaugh?

IntelRadeon: Thank you for providing that information. To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.

We always recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by the manufacturer of the device, in this case Dell, since those drivers were customized by them to work with your specific platform. Please install driver version 22.20.16.4836 ,A05, you will find it under video:

Hey there again,

I cannot give a feedback on this problem because another problem has occurred in the way of successfully using latest drivers.

15.60.2.4901 (problem - counter strike 1.6 failing to lounchz)

5.65.4.4944 (problem:

by trying to install using compatibility settings:

how can this be? the driver is for windows 10 x64

Hello IntelRadeon,

In this case I would recommend you to do a manual driver update. Please download the ".zip" file and then follow the next steps:

 

 

1 - Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.

 

2 - Right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager.

 

3 - Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.

 

4 - Expand the Display adapters section.

 

5 - Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.

 

6 - Click "Browse my computer for driver software".

 

7 - Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

 

8 - Click "Have Disk".

 

9 - Click "Browse".

 

10 - Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called "Graphics".

 

11 - Select the file called "igdlh64" or "igdlh"/ "kit".

 

12 - Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.

 

13 - Reboot your computer
