Checking for latest update:
"A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer."
But my graphic card driver is: Intel Graphic Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile
Why can't i found updates?
Graphic card: Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family

Maybe you should try the laptop vendor's website for a video driver. Could it be that the vendor customized the driver for the laptop and that is the reason for the error? Otherwise you could always uninstall/rollback the old driver and try the detection utility again.

Unistalling the current graphic card and check for new updates:
"This device is unknown or unsupported. Please contact the manufacturer for possible updates."
Wrong way to found updates -_-
