Dear sirs,

Is it normal that when I play a game (Gothic 3), that the GPU Core Clock stays at 350 MHz (shown on GPU-Z) and that the game runs at 1FPS?

I've tried playing the game on a computer with lower specifications, and it runs smoothly!

HP Pavilion g4 Notebook PC

6.00 GB RAM

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (with latest driver)

Windows 7 64-bit

Hope to find some help.

I would like to check some additional information on this.

Was the game working before?

Are you getting any crashes or error messages?

Have you installed all the latest updates and patches available for that game?

Did you install the latest BIOS for your system?

Additionally please copy-paste here, the dxdiag report generated in your system. Go to start menu, type dxdiag, press enter, click on save all this information.
