Problems regarding new graphics driver update

I cannot install the new graphics driver update as it says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements. So does that mean I'll have to run my laptop with the outdated version of graphics driver with lags? It's making my laptop choppy and laggy. Please look into the matter.

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

What is the model of the Intel® Processor?

Is this a new computer?
