Hello codecxbox,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. I understand that you are experiencing a DXGI error when using OBS with Battlefield 6 on your B580 system, while Battlefield 2042 seems to work fine. I would like to ask a few questions to better understand the issue and assist you further:
- When did this issue with BF6 and OBS first start occurring?
- How often does the DXGI error appear during gameplay or streaming?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps aside from updating the driver?
- Does this issue only occur on the latest driver version? Could you please confirm the driver version?
- Does the issue occur only when OBS is running, or does it happen even without streaming software?
- Could you please provide us the SSU logs of your system? You can find instructions on How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
Please share your responses so I can continue to assist you.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Kenneth B.
