Good afternoon!
In previous versions of Windows 10, despite the presence of the NVidia discrete card, I used the built-in processor graphics from Intel to connect the virtual monitor to use in encoding software Quick Sync Video technology.

Hi IgorKIO,
There is a newer graphics driver for Iris 6200. Uninstall and delete the current graphics driver from Programs and Features; restart the computer. Then, go to downloadcenter.intel.com and download the version 4463. There is a Beta driver version 4474 if you want to try it.

Let me know how it works.

Hi IgorKIO,
I would need to collect more details of your system, Quick Sync Video is an Intel feature and according to your posts, only Nvidia drivers are active.
Do you know if your system has Hybrid or Switchable graphics?
As a workaround, uninstall and delete current Intel and Nvidia drivers from your computer then, restart the PC and let Windows 10 update to install the best drivers.
Test the behavior of the embedded graphics alone if it is possible.
For further assistance, send me the results of Intel® System Support Utility.

Hi Mike C !
I attached a file with information about system.
Switchable Graphics (non-hybrid).
I removed the drivers and rebooted. Automatically install an older version of the drivers.
The situation on the issue of Quick Sync has not changed.
I switched the real monitor to the integrated graphics Intel. Quick Siync began to work. In Windows version 1511 Quick Sync worked without problems. In the 1607 version is not possible to connect the virtual monitor to the graphics Intel, when real monitor connected to the Nvidia graphics. Is it possible to emulate a connection of virtual monitor? Can the new version of the driver to do so ? Then Quick Sync is always active.

Hi IgorKIO,
Quick Sync is a feature of Intel graphics; it is necessary to active Intel graphics. The options are a switch to Intel graphics or use hybrid graphics. If PC switches to Nvidia graphics Quick Sync will be disabled.

Hi Mike C,
I have previously used the Quick Sync, Intel graphics was active even when the real monitor is connected to Nvidia graphics. In the settings panel of resolution and select the monitors you can connect the virtual monitor. The desk expanded to two monitors (real and virtual). Quick Sync worked.
In the 1607 version of Microsoft Vindous 10 can not use two monitors (real and virtual). Changed settings panel of resolution and select monitors. In version 1511, I worked with the old settings panel. Now it does not exist ( "Thanks to Microsoft"). How to enable virtualey monitor? Do you have a solution? How to enable Quick Sync ?

Hi IgorKIO,
Windows 10 operating system changed and it is not activating our graphics feature, it is necessary to wait for a Win10 update (fix).
Quick Sync feature is working in normal configuration; I regret the inconvenience.

Hi IgorKIO,
Microsoft is already working with many issues related to the Anniversary update; hopefully the next updates will fix them.
