Question About Saturation

I had made a ticket recently and got this reply which I didnt see for some reason and then the ticket got closed. I was wondering what I should do, and how do I contact the display manufacturer, and if I do contact them what do I say to get the color settings changed or whatever

According to the information on the previous thread, you need to contact the monitor/TV manufacturer and explain the issue to them. You may look for their website and get their support contact.
