Question concerning RAID

At me Intel Matrix Storage Manager option ROM v8.0.0.1038 ICH10R. RAID-10. In the menu has chosen "Reset disks to non-raid" and has removed all disks casually. Raid has collapsed. As I understand the information remained. Whether it is possible to recover raid?
