Hi Jean,
thank you for coming back to me so quickl.
For the system check I did use the tool implemented in the windows 10 software.
Here I checked for graphic cards. The windows system did show the driver for this graphic card to be up to date but there might be better cards or drivers on the Web.
On the web I could find this graphic card.
Graphic card used on my laptop:
- Intel (R) UHD Graphics 605
I can set one monitor at a time on the HDI socket on the laptop.
In order to connect the second monitor I did use:
- HAMA Adapt USB A to USB C
- HAMA Adapt with multiple sockets
--> HDMI socket
--> 2x USB A
--> 1 x USB C
- VWRHAR 3 in 1 out 4K HDMI SWITCH
- Amazon 3 HDMI in 1 HDMI out
None this worked.
The Laptop only does recognise the one monitor connected via the HDMI socket
As my laptop set up does not allow to submit the report via the link provided by you please find attached a copy of the system check conducted
with the Intel SSU-link you have provided me with.
Many thanks for your support so far.
Attached find the reprot of the Intel system check
Best regards
Peter

Hello Deivid,
1) I have one external monitor connected to my laptop acer aspire 3
I would like to add a second external monitor.
The laptop is having only one HDMI socket
Connecting the second external monitor via adapter to the laptop does not solve the problem the laptop does not show the second extenal monitor.
2) Both monitor can be connected via the HDMI socket to the laptop with any HDMI cable available, so my gues is that the problem is with the graficcard of the laptop.
3) The laptops are having one HDMI port and one VGA Port
The laptop is having one HDMI port, one ethernet port and three USB ports type A.
4) Brand of laptop and type acer aspire 3
Device name: DESKTOP-2MNOKR6
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver N5030 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz
Installed RAM: 8,00 GB (7,81 GB verwendbar)
Systemtype: 64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 22H2
Build of operating system 19045.3448
Windows feature experience pack 1000.19044.1000.0
5) The brand of the two external laptops is PELQ I have used them on a company laptop with two HDMI ports and they did work.
6) I have no different monitors.
I would need support as the problem is not solved .
Many thanks in advance
Best regards
Peter
