When launched on Steam with the lowest settings, the game runs at around 10–15 FPS, which is extremely low. The XeSS upscaling option is also missing. I tested several other games, and this problem only occurs with this game. It’s unplayable despite the fact that the system requirements are relatively low.

Hello mbalint110,
Thank you for raising this concern through the Intel Community.
To better understand and investigate the issue further, I would like to gather some information about your system so we can isolate the problem with RE: Requiem.
Please provide the following details:
- Are you using a laptop or a desktop?
- Do you have a discrete graphics card, or are you only using integrated graphics?
- Is your graphics driver updated to the latest version?
- Does the issue occur when starting the game, or only during a specific part of the game?
To further assist you, I kindly request that you download and run the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) so you can provide a complete system specification. This will help us review your system information and investigate the issue more effectively.

On the MSI Claw A1M Ultra 5, sometimes the game runs around 10 FPS on the lowest settings, sometimes during cutscenes it goes up to 60 FPS, and it frequently drops. At one point it even reached 40 FPS, but as soon as I entered the hotel and needed to use the flashlight, the FPS dropped again.
The graphics driver is up to date, this is the version: 32.0.101.8724.

Hello mbalint110,
Thank you for providing the SSU report.
Upon reviewing the report, I noticed that your BIOS version is outdated and the graphics driver currently installed on your system is also outdated. To further isolate and troubleshoot the issue, kindly follow the steps below:
- Update your BIOS to the latest version. (MSI Philippines | MSI Philippines)
- Please refer to the link provided for the BIOS update instructions and download.
- Update your graphics driver using the OEM driver provided by your system manufacturer first. (MSI Philippines | MSI Philippines)
- If the issue still persists after installing the OEM driver, kindly install the latest generic Intel graphics driver version Intel® Arc™ Graphics - Windows*.
Once the updates are completed, please let me know if the issue has been resolved or if the problem still persists.
Regards,
John M.

Nothing changed, and actually if I keep entering and exiting the settings menu, the game crashes too.

Alright, I’m waiting for a solution, but it’s probably a game optimization issue, or we need to wait for a newer driver.

Hello mbalint110,
Based on our assessment, the game you reported appears to be outside the supported system requirements defined by the game developer for the reported Intel iGPU.
With this, we would recommend consulting directly with the game developer to confirm whether support for the reported iGPU may be added in future updates or patches.
Regards,

I will contact the developers, but this game was also advertised on the MSI Claw official website as running stably.
