Resolution without a Screen

Hello,

we have a PC with Intel Graphic 4600 with a KVM Switch.

When i power the PC with the KVM switch connectet to the other PC and i come back after minutes to this PC the Resoluton is low.

The Graphic Card never detect again the now connected Moitor an give me no chance to change the Resolution now.

How can i trigger the detection? Or can I fix the Resoluton on a Value i prefer?

Bear in mind that Intel does not recommend using video adapters and this KVM Switch is considered as one. It is difficult to say that it will work due to the amount of adapter available in the market, but from our end we recommend using straight connections. However, I would like to gather some information in order to help you with this matter, so please download the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Download Intel® System Support Utility, and attach it, with this report I will be able to confirm some of that information. I would also need from you to provide me with the KVM Switch model, the resolution that you want to set and also the connections that you are trying to achieve with it.
