SSD system drive + 2 drives in RAID?

Hi, my motherboard's bios (Rampage II Gene with IC10HR chipset) has the option to "treat SATA drives as IDE, ACHI or RAID. In the past I have used RAID on my two disks but I recently purchased an ssd planned as a system disk. My question is: Is it possible to use the ssd as a single system disk and still keep the other two disks in RAID with the RAID option choosen in the bios?
