Screen Resolution

My drivers are outdated for Windows 7 and for some reason I can't change my screen resolution. I tried to download a few different drivers but they weren't the right ones. Please help me!

What motherboard do you have?(I take it you have onboard graphics) we can't help you if we don't know anything about your system
