Screen flickering with UHD Graphics 620

I have a Lenovo T480s with an i5 and UHD Graphic 620 that is having major issues with the Laptop screen when the Intel Driver is enable. The screen has horizontal lines and wont stop flickering with the Driver enabled. When using the default windows driver there are no issues. When the laptop is plugged into monitors and a dock the monitors work fine but the laptop screen keeps flickering. Lenovo has replaced the LCD screen and the connection ribbon but the issue was not resolved. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing different Driver updates as well with no luck. The laptop is running Windows 10 1803. Drivers tested are as follows:

  • 26.20.100.6912
  • 26.20.6860
  • 24.20.100.6286

Try the latest driver released by Lenovo : https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/n22dr02w.exe . The laptop manufacturer tends to modify the graphics drivers.
