Hello prajwals,
To assist you effectively and resolve your issue, I need some additional information. Kindly provide answers to the following questions:
- When did the issue start was it after a specific update or installation?
- Does the glitch occur every time you start up the laptop or is it intermittent?
- What does the glitch look like is it a flicker, lines, or a complete screen distortion?
- Does the glitch resolve itself after startup or do you need to restart the laptop to fix it?
- Have you tried booting in Safe Mode If so, does the glitch still occur?
- Have you checked the laptop’s temperature? Overheating can sometimes cause display issues
- Is your laptop connected to any external monitors If so, does the glitch appear on them as well?
These questions can help narrow down the potential causes and guide you towards a solution. Let me know your answers, and we can proceed from there!
In addition, kindly run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* this will help in diagnosing the system issue.

Yes, it occurs everytime at startup.
Not always, sometimes it take short time to resolve. But most of the time long time
No, I didn't boot in safe mode.
Yes, temperature is normal.
No, i didn't connected to any external monitor.

So I did the compelete factory reset with removing all apps and files. Now wifi icon is display but aftertime of startup it will display no network available. Screen glitch is still their.

Hello prajwals,
Try updating your network drivers via Device Manager by right clicking your Wi-Fi adapter and selecting "Update driver." Running the network troubleshooter from Settings > Network & Internet > Status can help identify issues. If problems persist, reset your network settings under the same menu; this will erase your Wi-Fi passwords, so be prepared to reconnect. Also, make sure your router is working fine by restarting it and checking if other devices can connect.
For the screen glitch, start by updating your display drivers in Device Manager, just like with the Wi-Fi drivers. Adjust your display settings to the recommended resolution and refresh rate in Settings > System > Display. Check for any Windows updates and install them if available. You can also run a hardware scan in the Control Panel under Security and Maintenance to detect any issues. If none of these step's work, consider contacting the manufacturer for further help. If your device is under warranty, you might also explore repair or replacement options.
