Scripting the HD Graphics control panel on Windows

Hello,

Is it possible to script the configuration done with the graphics control panel (on Windows)?

For example, I'd like to configure dual-monitors, to change screen resolution, etc. I know how to do it from the control panel, but I need to script it so I can do it automatically from an installation program.

In this case the code for the Graphics Control Panel is not publicly available, Intel as the manufacturer of the software is the owner of what information is or not disclosed publicly.
