Similar Graphics Specifications

I have a Lenovo ideapad 330S-15lKB laptop and it so happen that my graphic specification is the same, the power saving mode and high performance is the same. I have a Intel UHD 620 and AMD Radeon 540 Graphics, and only the intel is shown in both the options in graphic specification. How can I switch the high performance one to AMD instead of Intel?

You need to be talking to Lenovo about this issue. This is their software that is working incorrectly. There is nothing that we can do for you here.
