Meanwhile I did all kind of updates. Went to 2 computer shops. Chatted with windows. They removed the Intel drivers and reinstalled them. But so far nothing helps . What can I do to put this on the correct resolution. During last year it worked perfect the problem only started today.

Is this a laptop? If so, use ONLY THE DRIVERS provided by your laptop manufacturer.
Also, what VERSION of Windows 10 are you running? 1809? Other?
