Hello hjymnol:

Thank you very much for that information.

Yes, this could be related to a diver problem.

Since the processor is working with Intel® HD Graphics 530 controller, please try to un-install the correct graphics driver manually and the install the ones below manually as well:

Un-install driver manually:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html

Install driver manually:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html

We can try driver 4501 first:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345

If that does not work, we can try beta driver 4539:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26347/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26347/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345

If the problem remains after that, we can try the graphics driver provided by ASUS, look for VGA:

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110M-D/HelpDesk_Download/ https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110M-D/HelpDesk_Download/

Also a BIOS update might be helpful on the board, the latest version is 2002, you can find that on the link above.

Also, on the link below you will see the recommended settings for Skyrim, you can always try that:

https://gameplay.intel.com/GamesSettings/8630/88185/intel-core-i5-6400-processor-br-6m-cache-up-to-3-30-ghz- https://gameplay.intel.com/GamesSettings/8630/88185/intel-core-i5-6400-processor-br-6m-cache-up-to-3-30-ghz-

Any questions, please let me know.

Hey Intel first of all you guys are awesome to make so many games run on your CPU's onboard graphics some even on Low to Medium settings like starcraft 2 on a intel i3 6100U is amazing so thank you for the hard work you guys do. My main PC is still running its old Intel i7 3820 and its still running like the beast it is.

I also have the Intel NUC6i3SYK and am experienceing this issue. I see what looks like white spots like snow textures or something on everything in the game Skyrim Special Edition I did notice that Bethesda the game developers have an update for the game version 1.1.51 so I will try that out and report back here.

When i load into the game it also takes a wee bit of time for the menu to appear first I get a black screen with the in game music and if I wait around a wee while maybe two to three minutes the game pops up and i can then start it.

Edit:

Nope after applying the latest update the game is still the same.

I am running skyrim special edition on the lowest settings possible apart from my resolution.

With the update it's worse the game textures flicker like mad as well as still having the random textures there.

Edit 2:

Thought I should share the correct specifications.

I am running an Intel NUC6i3SYK on Windows 10 64bit Anniversary update

This NUC Features

Intel HD Graphics 520 - I'm running the latest driver I could find for this.

Full Sized HDMI for 4K graphics - Surely this is for desktop stuff right?

Support for one M.2 I think mine is a AData or something 512 gig I think sata 6 gb/s

I think I have 4 gigabyte of DDR 4 SODIMM Can't remember the speed in MHZ

Intel Dual Band wifi 802.11 and bluetooth 4.1

4 USB 3.0 ports

Intel Gigabit lan

SD card slot

I even tried an ENB and that didn't help infact it made it worse.

I think I may revert to the original main version of the game and then try a mod called SMIM which redoes the textures, This mod has worked on Xbox one and PS4 versions of the game without any decrement to performance and maybe it will fix this weird texture which looks like the snow being incorrectly textured or lighting.

Hello fellow gamers,

I would like to let you know that we reproduced this issue already, and our development team is looking for a fix [bug ID# 1804665068].

As soon as we have an update, I'll let you know here.

In the mean time, can you try changing the "General Settings" to "Performance" and let me know if it makes any difference?. The option is located in the 3D settings in the Graphics Control Panel. Please report back if that makes any difference and I'll update the existing bug report with your feedback.

Many thanks!

Hi Ron,

its not connect to the performance settings, tested it with and without "performance" as well any other settings dont impact it, you should know the game is not able to detect the GPU, in mine case the 580 pro

seems to really be a feature of the driver to me

Good luck, looking forward to the fix

Daniel

Ron,

Thanks for the response and I appreciate the effort your dev teams have taken to correct the issue.

To follow up on the performance setting - changing this has no affect on the flickering issue I've been receiving.

Kind regards!

Please review all the information on this Beta before doing the installation:

We appreciate all the feedback you can provide us on this Beta.

Hi Ron,

happy to confirm, preliminary test show issue resolved, and subjectively it seems even a slight performance improve. I have not tested it in depth no time for that but checked some locations, trees, armor all fine, thanks very good job.
