Steam games flickering problem

Using Steam, games start normally then flicker to the point of being unplayable. Sometimes switching between fullscreen and windows mode fixes it briefly but then it returns. Am using GeForce GTX 765M, driver version: 21.21.13.7270 on Windows 10, 64 bit.

Updated what graphics card and driver version I actually use. Not the default one that I thought I used. Because I'm a tool.

In this case, if you are using the GeForce GTX 765M and you get this flickering issue then your best contact support is with your computer manufacturer as they are more familiar with this component, you should be able to get support here:
