Stubborn Video Driver. Help!

I had to re install windows XP anew and that was the genesis of the problem as drivers were lost. I successfully downloaded most of the drivers for my PC model by inserting my service tag on dell support but none of the video drivers listed was able to be downloaded. I keep getting this error message? /message/205628# 205628 This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software

What is the correct video driver needed? HELP! HELP!

I need to get my graphic display working again.
