Surface Pro 3/Win10 overscan problem

My external monitor is being overscanned when I hook it up to my sp3. Tried updating the driver but that didn't work (says it's already up to date). I don't have the intel control panel. Any ideas?

Hello NJDFan4,

Overscanning needs to be adjusted at the monitor and not from the graphics control panel. The actual setting name changes from one brand to another, but check in the monitor image settings and see if there is something like "aspect control".
