We've been experiencing an issue for the past two weeks, where multiple Surface 6 Pro laptops with the Intel Arc Graphics are having videos get distorted. When on Websites like CNN, Foxnews, or even using the Windows News area, it will start spiking, before sticking to 95%+ Video Decoding, and start freezing videos, making them turn green and flashing, ect.

It happens on YouTube, within Teams, ect.

This has been happening on brand new out of the box Laptops as well as old Laptops.

It's happened on old Graphics Drivers from 10/18/24, and still happening after updating to 4/28/25 drivers. I'm at a loss here. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
