Hi Everyone,
I ran into a bit of a weird situation here and hope someone can help out.
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock (40AC0135US) that is connected to 2 external monitors:
1 - LG 22mp58vq-p via DisplayPort to DVI converter
2 - Acer ET221Q via HDMI to HDMI cable
Dock is connected to Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370 via included TB3 cable. The Yoga 370 is powered by i5-7200U / HD 620 / Win10 Pro. Everything is working wonders.
Now at work I am given a Dell Latitude 7320 running i7-1185G7 / Iris XE Max / Win11Pro. I tried connecting the Lenovo Dock to the 7320 and for some reason, the LG montior would only output 1920x1080 @ 60i - the 60p option doesn't exist.
The Acer monitor works fine.
Yet when I open Intel Graphics Utility, checking under monitor information, it tells me for the LG monitor, 1920x1080 @60p is supported.
I tried switching the cables, buy a brand new active DP-HDMI adapter and HDMI 2.0 cable to try on the LG, connect the LG directly to dock's HDMI port - no dice.
Now before I chalk it up to compatibility issue and spend the cash on a Dell dock, is there anything else I can try to fix this?
Iris XE driver: 30.0.100.9955
Thanks in advance.
