Hi, I recently bought an ARC B580 Maxsun 3 fans oc graphics, and after a few days of experience, I think this graphics card is very good. But I've also recently found an issue with the Memory Clock.
1. The Memory Clock is maintained at 2375MHz continuously, even in standby and 1080p60Hz conditions
2. The software cannot change the Memory Clock, even after applying the change, it still does not change.
This is sad because we all know that it is not reasonable to continue to operate at high frequencies at full load.
The above text content can be reflected in the GPU-Z in the attached drawing.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Some GPUs, especially with certain power management features, might not immediately adjust clocks under light workloads, even if the software settings are changed. If the GPU is not detecting a significant load decrease, it may stay at higher clock speeds. Sometimes, power-saving options in the BIOS/UEFI can interfere with the GPU's clocking behavior. Double-check your system’s settings to ensure no conflicts are present. If the GPU isn’t reaching thermal limits, it might maintain high clocks even when not under load.

Thanks for your answer! 😀But I still haven't been able to solve this problem with the memory frequency that persists at 2375MHz, and I still don't know how to fix it in the BIOS.I use UEFI and set aspm to level 1 entry.

No,so far, it remains the case. It might be due to technical limitations.
