Graphics card : ARC B580 CPU : i5 10400 Motherboard: MSI B460M BOOMBER The computer cannot light up after manual restart, and it seems that the graphics card is not working. I have to force a shutdown and restart to light up the screen. This problem occurs every time the computer is restarted.

There is another issue, my monitor is 75Hz, but after installing B580, the refresh rate automatically decreases to 60Hz. If I manually adjust the refresh rate to 75Hz, the resolution will automatically decrease to a very low state

This is often an indication of a poorer quality (or failing) cable. You could try a better quality one.

Hope this helps,

Hello kinopio,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your graphics card.

Could you please provide the following details to help us assist you better:

  1. What driver version do you currently have installed?
  2. Have you tried updating your BIOS to the latest version?
  3. Did you perform a clean installation of the graphics drivers?
  4. If you had a different graphics card previously, did you use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to remove the old graphics drivers?

These steps will help us identify the cause and guide you through the troubleshooting process. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Best regards,

I have the same problems. The computer cannot light up after manual restart when you press the restart butten.   But if you press the turn off butten and then the turn on butten, the computer can light up.
