What problems are you experiencing?

Connect the vga monitor to a vga port on the laptop

Connect the hgmi monitor to a hdmi port on the laptop

Do not use any adapters or converters

And, what operating system are you using?

Thank you for your fast reply,

im using a converter, because both external monitors just have vga and Dvi, therefore im using a hdmi -> dvi converter.

Is this the mistake?

Converters and adapters are not supported. Some work, some do not.

What connectors does the laptop have? Which connector works, and which does not?

Explain each monitors setup, cable (both ends), adapter, etc.
