Very odd problem.
I have a i5(8th gen), and an asrock h370 pro 4 (which has intel UHD 630 onbaord graphices) . running windows 10. Using latest drivers for display. If I run 2 monitors (1 hdmi and 1 vga) it intermittently locks (cursor moves, but everything is not clickable). Unplug the hdmi monitor and all is well. plug it back in and all is well for a random amount of time (hours to minutes) and it locks again, unplug hdmi and it's back - has anyone ever seen anything like this before ? any clue as to what it could be ?

Could you provide me with the models of the displays and models of the video cables?
