UHD Graphics 620 Driver Update Issues

I have an issue with the UHD 620 graphics card. At first the card/drivers when I tried to connect to a secondary display. I had to disable and then reinable it. All of my video playback has been horrible on this machine (Lenovo Yoga 920). I'm SURE it is a driver issue. I tried to download all the drivers from the Intel site for the UHD 620 graphics card. Windows each time would override the installation saying: "You have the most up-to-date drivers for your graphics card" and cancel out of the installation. I so regret buying this machine with this poorly designed graphics card. Is there anyway around pushing the latest driver installation through to bypass the Windows 10 message????? so you mean i should plug from monitor to motherboard ? and unplug the gtx 1070 and try to install ? because what i saw some people have a graphics card already

Thank you for your response.Sorry for the misunderstanding on that step, I was referring to remove the external GPU form the motherboard, then boot the system and try to complete the driver update. Best Regards,Leonardo C.

its works when i set in BIOS in chipset configuration to Onboard the driver can be installed but doesn't work once i use with gtx 1070 so i guess that no need i use the intel uhd graphics and yes please can you make sky lake, kaby lake & coffee lake be supported for windows 8.1 & windows 7 ? i need back to windows 8.1 becuase i play grand theft auto 4 with graphics mod a lot and on windows 10 doesn't work fine so please make a patch that be support for windows 8.1 & 7 for those 100, 200 & 300 chip series

Please understand: Intel and Microsoft have jointly made the decision to support only Windows 10 on 7th generation and later Core processor-based systems. This decision will not be reviewed and will not change.

If you have a problem with a particular software application, then you need to contact the designers of this application and have them fix their problem.

okay here is my problem i use gta 4 with enb + sweet fx graphics mod on latest build of windows 10 i got issue with it i cannot run it at all but in fact i did install either the fall creator update which is version 1709 stil lthe same but the windows 10 anniversary update its just work perfect no issue at all so i hope that soon an update comes out to fix that in latest build of windows 10 and please let me know for the fix so i do quick update to latest windows 10.. I mean report that issue to microsoft if they can fix

In order to save time, please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the tool, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the new conversation.

As well, please indicate the version of the graphics driver that you are attempting to install.
