Hello everyone. I am writing to share and to seek possible solution to two problems that I have never had in the past and that may perhaps find here, a solution: I have a pc with Asrock motherboard and its Intel UHD600 integrated video card whose hdmi output terminates in a very modern (production 2023) Hisense 60Hz 4k TV. For the past few weeks, when I start the pc, I see the whole process on the screen, but upon reaching windows login, the tv loses the hdmi signal (the computer is regularly on and working). The only way to solve it is to unhook and rehook the hdmi cable (2.1 very high speed). I could not find any working solution. In an attempt to solve the strange problem, I upgraded the video card drivers from version 27.20.100.94.15 to the latest one available on Intel's official site, which is 31.0.101.2125 With this driver, in half of the cases, the boot goes smoothly... but I can't enjoy this half-solution, because.... at the first windows update, the system elimates the new driver and reinstalls the old one! Should there be any knowledgeable and courteous person who can help me, I would appreciate it very much. To all, my regards and have a good weekend.

"To all, my regards and have a good weekend. "
But, it is only Tuesday.<G>
Download and install the driver you want.
Reboot
Run the wuShowHide utility (attached) and hide/block the old driver that Windows Update will install.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
