I have a new Vaio FE15, that has a Intel UHD Graphics 620 and already has Intel 10th generation (i5 10210U).
It has a HDMI output that just works fine to connect an external monitor.
It also have 2 USB 3.0 + 1 USC-C.
I bought a USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect a second monitor on it, but it just doesn't works.
UHD 620 officially supports 3 monitors (2 extend + notebook screen).
Is there something that I can do to you 2 external monitors (extended, not mirroring).
Regards

The laptop must support "DisplayPort Alternate Mode", usually the port has a DP logo.
I found only another manual, but you get the idea.

One additional comment: While it may not be necessary for this particular laptop (presuming that it does indeed support DisplayPort Alt Mode), it is worthwhile to choose cables/adapters that also say they are Thunderbolt 3-compliant.
