Unable to increase dedicated video memory.

Hi, I am having problems increasing my dedicated video memory for the past week, My dedicated video card memory is at 32 MB, which isn't that good. I done most of the methods expect the BIOS one, but my pc doesn't have the BIOS everyone uses. PC information: Any help will be appreciated.
