Unable to update Video Drivers "Not Validated for this computer"

I have recently bought a new dell laptop, An Inspiron 1545 with window vista home Prim 64 bit.

It uses Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family version 7.15.10.1489 video drivers.

I looked up the drivers for any updates as some of my programs like photoshop and illustrator and some games were having graphics issues and was told by them that my graphic drivers may need updating.

Well on finding and download the updated drivers, vista will not allow me to install them giving me the error that the drivers are 'Not Validated for this computer'

I double checked my dearch and matched the drivers with what I needed for my laptop, and still the same thing.

I am running as admin, and even do the rightclick/run as admin but still no good.

If the update on the site is not the update, then where can I find the updated drivers? Or if what I got is right what is vista's issue with updateing it?

I really need these updated, I work as a graphic artist and I can't do my job with photoshop going black on me and can't relax and enjoy a simple game with out my video drivers 'stop responding' on me.

...I'm starting to hate vista more and more.

It is possible to update your driver with a generic Intel(R) driver however, you will loose any OEM customizations made to the OEM driver installed with your system. If you understand that and wish to update the driver to the latest available for your graphics controller see this "how to" document.
