Uninstalled Intel HD graphics driver,cannot re-install, Windows 8.

I recently encountered some problem in playing PES 2015,which showed my GPU wasnt working.So I went to check the display adapters in device manager.There,it said both my Intel HD graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 8850 M had stopped working due to code 43.I learnt from an online forum that its solution is to uninstall the driver and by selecting scan for hardware changes,it is reinstalled.But while uninstalling,I also ticked the option to delete the driver software and now scan for hardware changes isnt reinstalling the driver.I tried to download the driver from intel website(win64_152822.exe) but it wouldnt install saying that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing.Please help.
