This is your processor:

https://ark.intel.com/products/53426/Intel-Core-i3-2120-Processor-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz) Product Specifications

It has HD 2000 graphics. You can find the latest drivers here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81502 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 2000

Also, the intel driver and support assistant is intended for Intel boards.

Note: If you are planning an upgrade to Windows 10 in the future, your processor and graphics are not supported.
