Video driver update ..Need help please

Hello, I have an Emachines t2742 with an Intel Extreme graphics 3D video card. I just purchased a Dell monitor with a max resolution of 1366x768. This is beyond the settings available in properties (Windows XP Home). Does Intel have a downloadable update to allow full resolution ? Any suggestions would be appreciated...Thanks for you help.
