Hi,
Visual artifacts (boxes and lines) can be seen at random times on the left side of the screen.
My laptop is Surface 5 and I bought it brand new.
I have updated all drivers and firmware's.
Edition Windows 11 Pro , Version 23H2
Driver Version 31.0.101.4502 Intel Iris® Xe Graphics.
I even downloaded and installed the driver version 5194 separately from the Intel website, but the problem was not solved.
It is not possible to take a video or photo of this problem, because colored lines and boxes were seen on the left side of the monitor randomly and at unspecified times and quickly disappear.
This problem does not exist in UEFI environment.
Why doesn't Microsoft or Intel release new updates for Intel Iris® Xe Graphics.?
What is the solution to this problem?

Does this issue occur only in specific situations or regardless of your activities? You can try to fix the issue by following this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000037523/graphics.html
Regarding the drivers, I have noticed that there is a difference between the OEM and Intel generic drivers. You can learn more about it in these links:

For any inquiries about why Microsoft stopped providing updated drivers, please contact them directly. Intel continues to update their drivers regularly.

Solved, I found a solution to fix this problem:
Open the Intel® Graphics Command Center app and go to the Power tab, Then turn off the Panel Self Refresh (On Battery and Plugged in).
Then restart the laptop.
