Why does the Vram capacity on the Intel Graphic Arc integrated Intel Core Ultra 9 185H chip on About Setting show 128MB but on Task Manager I see 17.9GB ?
In short how many GB is its default capacity ?
Is the capacity that I have shared with you able to serve the majors of Semiconductor Design ?
I don't know the default Vram capacity on this integrated graphics card.
I hope to receive a very specific and complete explanation (not a summary to explain).
I sincerely thank everyone.
(ANSWER SERIOUSLY,NO JOKING)

...the 128 MB you see in the Windows “About” or “Display Adapter Properties” section is not the actual VRAM capacity of the Intel Arc integrated graphics on the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H. That 128 MB value is simply a legacy placeholder that Windows has reported for integrated GPUs for many years, and it does not represent the real amount of memory the GPU can use. In reality, integrated Intel Arc graphics do not have dedicated VRAM; instead, they use a portion of your system’s RAM dynamically. This is why Task Manager shows around 17.9 GB it reflects how much shared system memory the GPU is allowed to access based on your total installed RAM, which is typically up to about half of the system memory. Therefore, your actual usable “VRAM” is not fixed but can scale up to roughly 18 GB depending on workload. For semiconductor design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics, this integrated GPU is generally sufficient because these applications rely far more on CPU performance, system RAM capacity, and storage speed than on dedicated GPU memory. It will perform well for schematic work, layout editing, simulation, and verification, although extremely heavy 3D visualization or GPU-accelerated graphics tasks may still be limited by the nature of integrated graphics.

So, can Integrated Intel Arc graphics use Electronic Design Automation Tools (EDA Tools) ? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
