Vsync Problem?

My intel laptop always turning off vysnc at some point in game(only when battle scene)... This never happened before.. Can someone help me to fix this?

The new video controller drivers only allow you to set two options for Vsync, they are "On" or "application settings".

The "application settings" option will leave the option to enable or disable Vsync according to what it requires and how it has been developed to work.

The Vsync option is available in the Intel graphics and Media Control Panel, in the 3D tab
