Hi,
I just bought the ASrock BeeBox NUC http://www.asrock.com/nettop/Intel/Beebox%20Series/index.us.asp# Specifications Beebox Series - ASRock Inc.
It has Intel Celeron N3150, which I understood is Braswell familiy.
After Installing Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, the Intel Driver Update Utility recommended the 15.40.25.4463 grahics driver.
The installatin went fine, but as it looks like, that driver doesn't support Vulkan.
Bytheway: How can one quickly find out, if Vulkan is installed and working?
So I tried to install the 15.40.20.4404 driver, which was labeld "-NEW- Intel Vulkan BETA driver", but the installation refused with the message "The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.".
Is the Intel Celeron N3150 capable of Vulkan API?
If so, which are the right drivers?
And there is also https://vulkan.lunarg.com/signin LunarXchange - The source for Vulkan development tools (sponsored by Valve)
Can that be used on the given plattform with Inteln Celeron N3150? Latest version is VulkanSDK-1.0.17.0
Cheers

The recent driver is here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2016/06/29/new-intel-graphics-test-driverdriver-for-windows-10-and-windows-781-15404473 -NEW- Intel® Graphics Test Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40.4473] | Intel® Software
However it supports only Skylake officially.

Hi neblaz,
I see the verbiage for platform 'support' isn't clear enough for 4404 and we're rectifying that. The "Vulkan support" is not official, hence only included in the Beta driver where it was called out [4404] and I believe we're going to pull that driver soon as well to eliminate further confusion.
The unofficial Vulkan 'support' is for ONLY 6th Generation (aka Skylake) platforms, while the driver itself installed on all the platforms listed in the driver support page.

Thanks Bryce,
but will the Vulkan driver be available also for the Braswell processors, like the N3150?
That would be very awsome! I would like to experiment with it, take one of those SDK (LunarG for example), and try some coding.
I have to decide if I shall keep that ASRock NUC BeeBox N3150, or choose another one, which supports Vulkan.
Cheers

Hi neblaz
I cannot comment on future support, I can only say only 6th Gen Core processors is currently 'unofficially' supported in select Beta/Test drivers that are noted as supporting Vulkan.
