Wİ-Fİ6 AX201 Hatası

Merhaba, Türkçe bilen bir yetkili bakabilirse çok makul olur. Elimde bulunun bilgisayar yaklaşık 4 senedir benle birlikte. Her yıl bilgisayarı sıfırlarım ancak bu yıl "Wİ-Fİ 6 AX201 160MHz" isimli sürücüde problem çıktı. Araştırdım ve hiçbir kalıcı çözüme rastlamadım sürekli geçici çözümler verildi şuanda buraya yazıyor olmamın sonucu geçici çözümlerden biri olan "Bilgisayar Yönetimi > Aygıt Yöneticisi > Ağ bağdaştırıcıları > Intel(R) Wİ-Fİ 6 AX201 160MHz > Sürücü Güncelleştir > Bilgisayarımdaki Sürücülere Göz At > Bilgisayarımdaki kullanılabilir sürücülerin bir listesinden seçmeme izin ver" bu bölümlerin hepsi 10-20 dakikalık bir kullanım izni sağlıyor ve bir oyuna girdiğimde veya herhangibir belge yazdığımda internet erişimi gittiğinden işlerim ve oyunlarım yarıda kesiliyor belgelerimi ise tekrardan baştan yazıyorum. Bana lütfen kalıcı bir çözüm önerir misiniz internet irişimi yüzünden zor durumdayım.

Do you see any error code in Device Manager?

Please go to Device Manager > Network Adapters > double-click on Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and check the error code and error description in the General tab. Kindly share the screenshot with me.

 

And also, may I know when the issue started, and have you made any changes before the issue occurred?

 

Furthermore, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, wireless driver version, complete model of your system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. I have conducted additional investigation on our case, and it appears that you have a Code 10 issue with your wireless card.


To further explain, a Code 10 error in device manager can be caused by many different issues. Usually, a Code 10/43 error is a temporary error, generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device.


However, this error is considered a generic message indicating an unspecified problem.


This most commonly occurs after running a Windows update that includes Wi-Fi or Bluetooth updates.

A Code 10, 22, 28, 31, 43, or 45 error in Device Manager can occur when:


  • Bluetooth cannot be enabled.
  • In Device Manager, there is a yellow bang (!, exclamation point) next to the Bluetooth or Wireless (Wi-Fi) device.
  • In Device Manager, the properties of the Bluetooth or Wireless device show status = "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.”
