WebGL shader causes visual gliteches to UI using Safari, with Intel GPU

This video demonstrates that rendering via WebGL in Safari on a Mac, with an Intel GPU, leads to visual glitches outside the WebGL drawing area:

This seems like a potentially exploitable security issue, so I won't provide reproduction instructions here.  But I'd be happy to provide the details to Intel if they are interested - please let me know.
