What Control Panel Settings provide maximum video memory, for HD Graphics 4400?

What video control panel settings provide the most video memory? Problem: CAD software frequently crashes with message: "Graphic card memory allocation failed". System is an Intel i7 CPU, and Intel Graphics 4400, with driver 20.19.15.4531. CAD software is Bricscad V17.
